We were given the issue of researching "How do we make owning a Peloton something to broadcast?" After visiting Peloton retail stores we noticed a glaring factor. The bikes are secondary. The community and online classes come first.
We decided to take advantage of an already existing, yet under utilized asset, the "High-Five" feature. The “High-five” is an under utilized feature in Peloton, but people who use it love using it as a catalyst to boost each other.
